Worth the drive from anywhere around here

Rowlett has plenty of drive-through breakfast and almost no hand-rolled bagels. If you are coming over the lake in the morning, we are a short hop past the county line and the everything bagels are usually still warm at 7.

Plenty of Rowlett offices have us on standing catering orders. If yours does not yet, that is easy to fix.

Fate is one of the fastest growing towns in the county and it is a straight shot down the interstate to us. For most of Fate we are closer than any chain bagel option, and considerably closer to an actual New York bagel.

Coming in on a weekday? Friday is pastrami day, and it is the one people plan around.

Heath is close enough that a Saturday morning bagel run is entirely reasonable. Come up FM 740, park near the square, and bring a dozen back before anyone at home is properly awake.

We do a lot of weekend family orders from Heath. A dozen assorted with two schmears covers most kitchen tables.

Royse City sits at the far end of the county, and the drive in on I-30 lands you at our door in about a quarter of an hour. Worth it for the asiago jalapeno alone, which does not last past mid-morning.

If the drive is the problem, DoorDash reaches most of Royse City.

McLendon-Chisholm does not have much in the way of a breakfast scene, which makes the run into Rockwall an easy call. We are just north of you, off the square on Goliad.

Larger household or a neighborhood gathering? The catering trays scale a long way past a dozen.
